1. Made-to-Order Products

 

All items sold on this website are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item arrives incorrect or faulty.

2. Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is:

• the wrong colour,
• contains an error in wording, or
• is otherwise incorrect based on your order,

you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

After reviewing your message, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

 

Please note: We may require photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

3. Dried Flower Disclaimer

Some of our products contain real dried flowers. As a natural material, slight shedding or fallage during transit is normal.

If this occurs, you can simply fluff or reshape the flowers back into place.

This natural variation is not considered a fault and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

4. Processing & Delivery

All products are handmade to order. Please allow the stated processing time for your item to be created before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

 

5. Customer Responsibility

Before completing your order, please ensure all details—such as names, dates, colours, and custom wording—are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes provided to us by the customer.
